Job Summary: The Head of IT Projects & Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and applications, maintaining efficiency, and overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of the Product and Support departments. Job Description:
  • Lead and manage all IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Product and Support departments.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify IT needs and requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet the objectives.
  • Develop new systems, policies, SOPs, flow charts and work instructions in coordination with relevant department and with the CTO, also ensure their regular updates.
  • Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and security.
  • Identify potential risk, evaluate them and respond according to priority.
  • Track each incident, prepare managerial reports and submit to the CTO.
  • Maintain relationships with vendor and third-party service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
Requirement Specification:
  • Master's or equivalent degree.
  • At Least 5 years of working experience in similar position or a technical role within information technology.
  • Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed.
  • Ability to organize personal and team time effectively.
  • Financial industry experience a plus.

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator will be part of the project management team responsible for end-to-end project deliveries. A Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking project requirements, creating detailed project plans, coordinating with vendors / partner banks and internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description:
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to identify requirements, scope, and objectives of the project.
  • Break projects into manageable tasks, set timeframes, assign tasks to internal teams, and assist with schedule management.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team leads to oversee the execution of project plans, monitor project progress, and address risks.
  • Collect and analyze data, identify potential risks and opportunities, prioritize requirements, and conduct regular meetings or follow-ups with vendors and partner banks.
  • Serve as a primary point of communication and maintain professional relationships with vendors and partner banks, ensuring responsive and effective interactions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in system integration technologies.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a project coordinator or a technical role within information technology.
  • Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed.
  • Ability to organize personal and team time effectively.
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies a plus.
  • Financial industry experience a plus.
