Job Summary:
The Head of IT Projects & Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of systems and applications, maintaining efficiency, and overseeing the strategic direction and daily operations of the Product and Support departments.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage all IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Product and Support departments.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify IT needs and requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet the objectives.
- Develop new systems, policies, SOPs, flow charts and work instructions in coordination with relevant department and with the CTO, also ensure their regular updates.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and security.
- Identify potential risk, evaluate them and respond according to priority.
- Track each incident, prepare managerial reports and submit to the CTO.
- Maintain relationships with vendor and third-party service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
Requirement Specification:
- Master's or equivalent degree.
- At Least 5 years of working experience in similar position or a technical role within information technology.
- Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail.
- Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed.
- Ability to organize personal and team time effectively.
- Financial industry experience a plus.
