Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be part of the project management team responsible for end-to-end project deliveries. A Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking project requirements, creating detailed project plans, coordinating with vendors / partner banks and internal team to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Description:
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to identify requirements, scope, and objectives of the project.
  • Break projects into manageable tasks, set timeframes, assign tasks to internal teams, and assist with schedule management.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team leads to oversee the execution of project plans, monitor project progress, and address risks.
  • Collect and analyze data, identify potential risks and opportunities, prioritize requirements, and conduct regular meetings or follow-ups with vendors and partner banks.
  • Serve as a primary point of communication and maintain professional relationships with vendors and partner banks, ensuring responsive and effective interactions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in system integration technologies.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as a project coordinator or a technical role within information technology.
  • Ability to self-start effectively with ambiguity and varying levels of detail.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that are highly developed.
  • Ability to organize personal and team time effectively.
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies a plus.
  • Financial industry experience a plus.
