Starting From 14th May 2024 (Tuesday), the Merchant Portal System has been updated with the following features:

- Refunds of NEPALPAY transactions
- View transaction remarks and Payee’s name
Please be informed that transaction refunds for other networks like Alipay, Alipay Plus, UnionPay International, Mastercard, SmartQR, and Visa, are currently unavailable from the Merchant Portal System.
